2025 KLWAVE User Satisfaction Survey(Oct 27 - Nov 2, 2025)
2025-10-22
The purpose of this survey is to assess user satisfaction with KLWAVE (klwave.or.kr), a platform aimed at promoting Korean literature globally, and gather diverse opinions from users to improve future KLWAVE services.
This year, KLWAVE has implemented significant updates, such as a redesigned menu structure for improved usability and the integration of the Korean Literature Now (KLN) webzine site into the platform.
Your valuable responses will be used as important data for KLWAVE, and the collected information will be aggregated and used solely for statistical purposes.
We offer a small token of appreciation (a Starbucks gift card worth KRW 25,000 or an Amazon gift card worth USD 20) to 10 users who diligently participate in the survey.
- Survey Period: October 27– November 2, 2025 (Mon–Sun)
