Description 작품 소개

This is the first collection of novels by Korean-Chinese author Jeon Chunghwa to be published in Korea. YABUZ is the meat on
the neck of a duck, and while it is a well-known dish in China, most people in Korea don’t even know the name, and it can only be found in Chinatown. YABUZ is a relatively unknown dish, despite its long history. As a result, there is a tendency for people to form preconceived ideas about it before they have even tasted it. Korean Chinese people are known as Joseonjok.
They and YABUZ are similar. YABUZ, a collection of novels by Jeon Chunghwa, provides insights into the lives of real Joseonjok
(Korean Chinese people) who exist beyond our preconceived notions.
