Short story collection on beautiful creatures living in the underwater city

Due to climate crisis, all creatures on earth are going underwater and trying to learn how to survive in the ocean. From a city dome cleaner to half-human half-sea creatures, various characters appear as a narrator in each episode.

Though the overall atmosphere and settings seem quite catastrophic and miserable, the characters are still finding hope and sharing love. Readers are invited to find their own utopia in this dystopian world.
