Kim Takhwan (born 1968) is a South Korean novelist and literary critic.

Chong Chaebong (1946-2001) was a South Korean children’s literature writer. He developed a new genre—children’s literature for adults—that established a wide readership among adults. His works have been recognized for high-quality writing, breaking the prejudice that children’s literature is inferior to adult fiction. His most acclaimed work, Oseam (오세암) , was made into an animation film and was successful in the entertainment industry, receiving awards in many international film festivals.

Choe Yungyo is a South Korean novelist and TV writer. Cho was awarded the runner-up prize for the 2014 MBC Miniseries Script Competition (MBC 극본공모 미니시리즈 부분), and wrote Dan, hanaui sarang (단, 하나의 사랑 Angel’s Last Mission: Love) (2019) and Unppallomanseu (운빨로맨스 Lucky Romance) (2016). Born in Seoul, South Korea, in 1983, the author began her literary career by winning the 2014 Jaemong & Moem New Writer Award. She has since received the Young Writer Award, Munji Literature Prize, and Lee Hyo-seok Literary Prize.

Served as a professor and president at Pukyong National University, founding CEO of the Busan Cultural Foundation, and scholarly committee chair on the joint South Korean-Japanese UNESCO World Heritage listing of the Joseon Tongsinsa records. Completed recommendations in the modern poetry section for Poetry and Literature in 1974-75. Authored ten poetry collections, including Leaving Traces, and won the New Writer Award for fiction in Literary Research issue 77 (Summer 2013). Published the novel Yumado and several short stories in various literary magazines.
