Description
Hujan & Bumi (HuMi) is a publishing house focusing on children's books. Established in 2023, the publishing house dreams to deliver books that help children and adults alike discover their 'wonder glasses' to explore the world's beauty in its many forms. Hujan & Bumi are happy to work with fresh writers and illustrators who aren't afraid to explore art styles, narrative techniques, and alternative points of view in their books.
In 2024, their editorial projects titled 'Dik Buto Makan Rembulan' and 'Ayahku Seorang Nelayan' were shortlisted as the '20 Most Recommended Children's Literature' by the TaCita Foundation, where the latter title was subsequently awarded as 'The Best Children's Literature 2024' by the same foundation.
