Having studied English Literature and Language at Duksung Women's University, Elise Jang has translated for a Korean marketing agency that had prestigious multinational clients, including Netflix, Samsung Life, Coca-Cola, Beiersdorf, and P&G. She has translated and edited subtitles of various TV series, documentaries, and movies as a freelance translator of subtitling agencies such as IYUNO-SDI, Bespoke Lab, and Kiwivine. Currently, she is the Korean Language Lead at the global translation agency, Translated. She has translated Festival Days by Jo Ann Beard, Alfie the Doorstep Cat by Rachel Wells, Talking as Fast as I Can by Lauren Graham, and The Next 365 Days by Blanka Lipinski.
