Translator Bio 번역가 소개
Hedgie Choi is a translator, poet, and writer. Hysteria, by Kim Yideum (Action Books) which she cotranslated, won the Lucien Stryk Asian Translation Prize and the National Translation Award in 2020. Her translation of Pillar of Books by Moon Boyoung was published with Black Ocean in 2021. In 2025, she was one of the judges for the Lucien Stryk Asian Translation Prize. Sand Bookshop Raining Sand by Moon Boyoung, which she is currently translating with Jack Saebyok Jung, won the Wisconsin Prize for Poetry in Translation, and is forthcoming with the University of Wisconsin Press.
