Kim Hongshin (1947~) is a South Korean novelist. He made his literary debut in 1976w with the publication of “Bonjeondaek” (본전댁) in Hyundae Munhak. Published from 1981 to 1989, Ingansijang (인간시장 Human Market) enjoyed widespread popularity for the way it highlighted the harsh lives of the petit bourgeois as well as the contradictions and corruptions of modern society.
