Author Bio
December 16, 2015
The mountain is
Nine River Mountain,
a lavender-purple rock.
A new bud or two
breaks out along the branches
of the mountain peach.
Spring snow
falls and melts
into jade water,
to which comes
a mountain deer
to wet its feet.
