Description 작품 소개
This is the second collection of poems by Chung Han-Ah, who, with bold metaphors but without pretense, depicts a unique world based on her own experiences.
Lone wolf. It simply means a lonely wolf, but it also means a criminal acting alone or isolationist. Mr Lone Wolf in the poems of Chung Han-Ah doesn't know how to exaggerate the issues of the world or how to compromise with injustice, resulting in him becoming isolated. Mr Lone Wolf is missing or dead in several poems in this collection, and the notes he recorded when he was alive is referenced in multiple pieces. Mr Lone Wolf, who appears to be removed from society due to his failure to adjust and self-isolation, symbolizes the being standing at the opposite point from "simplicity" and "explicitness" of the world. Through Mr Lone Wolf, Chung Han-Ah urges readers to take a look at the world and reflect on themselves. The affection towards Mr Lone Wolf, who endlessly struggles against a world full of negativity, is one way the author represents what she's after. The author was born in 1975, and studied and taught philosophy and literature for more than 10 years. Chung Han-Ah, who spent her youth in the 1990s - the era of Korea's political transformation and its biggest economic crisis - focuses on the hands desperately trying to collect the shards of things that are born from ruins. Her symbols are not vague, but clear, and she guides readers to feel the world through poems that are a blend of shallowness and the mundane. While obsessively promoting the idea of self-reflection and alertness, Chung Han-Ah talks about the possibility of change, which is only available to the shallow firmly grounded. This is the most attractive element of Chung Han-Ah's work.
