최은옥(1971~)은 한국의 아동문학가다. 2011년 푸른문학 새로운 작가상을 받으며 작품활동을 시작했다. 작가는 아이들에게 글쓰기와 읽기의 중요성에 대해서 그리고 아이들을 둘러 싼 세계의 다양성에 관한 이야기를 발표해오고 있다. 2013년 으로 비룡소문학상 대상을 수상했다.

Completed recommendations in the modern poetry section for Poetry and Literature in 1974-75. Authored ten poetry collections, including Leaving Traces, and won the New Writer Award for fiction in Literary Research issue 77 (Summer 2013). Published the novel Yumado and several short stories in various literary magazines.
