Author Bio 작가 소개
Lee Sinjo (1974-) is a South Korean novelist who debuted through Hyundae Munhak in 1998 with the short story Ojingeo (오징어 The Squid). Lee focuses on the lives of women as marginalized people who have been deprived of a voice, and was awarded the Munhakdongne Writer Award in 1999 for the novel Gidaeeo anjeun ohu (기대어 앉은 오후 An Afternoon Spent Seated, Leaning).
