Neon Ediciones is a boutique Chilean publishing house focused on publishing selected outstanding authors from around the world, with a constantly growing catalogue. Its publications include mainly contemporary fiction and pocket classics.. María Paz Rodríguez, editorial director and renowned Chilean writer, is in charge of making a careful selection of authors from all over the world to offer to the publishing house's readership.
In 2022, Neón published ‘One Hundred Shadows’ (나를 사랑했던 사람) by Hwang Jungeun (황정은), a Korean title that kicked off its collection of Korean literature for the Chilean public, one of the most receptive audiences to the K-wave in the world today.
To date, the publishing house comprises three imprints: Neon Ediciones, which features contemporary narratives; Sonora, the collection of pocket classics; and Neon Singles, which includes short stories by Chilean female writers in eBook format, totaling around 37 titles across these three imprints.
Neon Ediciones is also part of one of the most important publishing groups in Latin America: eEbooks Patagonia, specialised in the publication and diffusion of a wide range of authors from all countries.
