Geum Hui is an ethnic Korean writer living in China. In 2006, she made her literary debut by winning the Yun Dong-ju New Writer`s Prize awarded by Yanbian Literature. Sohn Ah-ram (1980 – ) is a South Korean novelist. He made his literary debut in 2008 with the autobiographical novel Jinsili malsodwen peiji (진실이 말소된 페이지, The Page Where Truth Has Been Erased). His full-length novel Sosu uigyeon (소수의견, Minority Opinion) (2010), based on the Yongsan Tragedy1) and corruption in the Korean judiciary system, won him much recognition. With interests ranging from feminism to gender minority issues, Sohn remains active as a public speaker, TV panelist, and influencer.

Lee Mu-young (1908~1960) was a South Korean novelist. Alongside Sim Hun and Park Yeong-jun, he was one of the forerunners of agriculture literature in twentieth-century Korea. His representative works include “Je-1-gwa je1-jang” (제1과 제1장 Act 1, Scene 1) (1939), “Heugui noye” (흙의 노예 Slave to Soil) (1940), and Nongmin (농민 Farmers) (1950).
