In 2000, “The Floating Island” was selected for 『21st Century Literature』 and “Your Evening” was selected for 『Korean Novel』.

Lee Kyung-hye (1960-) is a South Korean novelist to debuted through the Munwha Ilbo New Writer’s Contest in 1992. Lee examines the realities and suffering of young people in both regular novels and children’s books, taking a warm perspective on young people as they face the problems in their world. I Hyeon (1970~) is a South Korean children’s writer. She made her literary debut in 2004 when her work “Gicha eonjena bicheul hyanghae gyeongjeogeul ullida” (기차 언제나 빛을 향해 경적을 울리다 The Train Always Honks the Horn towards the Light) won the Jeon Tae-il Literary Award in the novel category.
