Kim Seong-han (1919-2010) was a South Korean novelist. He debuted in 1950 when his short story “Mumyeongno” (무명로 Lightless Road) won a contest hosted by the daily Seoul sinmun. Through his work, Kim sought to criticize the problems of human society that were beyond time, and from the 1960s, he focused on fictionalizing Korean history.
