Born in Milan, Giulia spent 3 years as a graphic designer before deciding it was time for a new adventure.
In 2017, she packed her bags and headed to Seoul, where she frequented the English Regular Course at LTI Korea.
Since then, she’s published L'Emporio dei Giorni di Pioggia (You Young-Gwang, DeAgostini), Le Guardiane della Notte (Cheon Seon-Ran, Mondadori) e La Piccola Libreria ai Piedi della Montagna (Lee Do Woo, Mondadori) and the upcoming La Misteriosa Clinica di Medicina Orientale (Bae Myeongeun, Salani).
She now lives on the outskirts of Seoul with her husband and their hyperactive turtle, Moka—who spends most of her time redecorating her tank. Giulia loves taking long walks in the park, never turns down a decaf latte, and has an ongoing love affair with pizza (it’s complicated).
