About Event

A residency program located in the city of Arles, France for translators, writers, and researchers. Its most important mission is to create comfortable conditions for translators to work on a project (the translator must have a contract with the publishing house).
Eligibility: Translators of Korean literature into French with at least one but no more than three published works of Korean literature

Number of participants: 1

Participation Period/Location: Aug. 1, 2024 (Thu) ~ Aug. 31 (Sat) / Arles, France

Support
 - Participation fee for the residency program (accommodation, registration fee, stay fee)*.
 - Round-trip airfare (economy class) or round-trip transportation (rail fare, etc.)

  * Participation fee will be negotiated between CITL and LTI Korea, and cannot be adjusted or requested individually.

Activities and Tasks
 - Korean literature translation activities
 - Submit a report on the outcome of the program and the results (translations) within one month from the end of the program.

  *Result report form will be provided after the end of the program

대상: 한국 문학 출간 작품 1편 이상 3편 이하인 불어권 한국문학 번역가


선발인원: 1명


참가기간/장소: 2024. 8. 1.(목) ~ 8. 31.(토)/프랑스 아를


지원사항

 - 레지던스 프로그램 참가비(숙박비, 등록비, 체재비)*

 - 왕복항공료(이코노미 실비) 또는 왕복 교통비(철도료 등)


*참가비는 CITL과 한국문학번역원 간 협의로 결정되며 개별 조정 및 요청 불가


활동 및 과제 사항

 - 한국문학 번역활동

 - 프로그램 종료일로부터 1개월 이내 결과보고서 및 결과물(번역물) 제출


*결과보고서는 프로그램 종료 후 본원 양식 제공
