Author Bio 작가 소개

Kim made his debut with the rock band Sanullim in 1977, shaking the era with experimental and original music. Since 1978, he has hosted a radio show each year, borrowing stories of many . Among these, he gathered the manuscripts for "It’s a Beautiful Morning. This is Kim Chang-wan," which he has hosted for 23 years, and published them as "It’s a Circle Even If It’s Squished." He  hopes the book will bring comfort to those who have entrusted him with their stories and help them find small hopes in their squished daily lives.

In 2013, he published "Grandpa's Balls" and "How can I Hold it Back?”  along with three other poems in the children’s poetry magazine Dongsi Majung , which garnered attention in the literary community. He won the 3rd Dongsi Majung Literary Work Award in 2019 with his poem "Making Blanks".  Recently, he has been expanding his artistic endeavors through activities such as exhibitions. His books include essays like On My Way Home, Now I Can See It, and Hello, All My Days, as well as the short story collection Silent Machine: Gilja and the children’s poetry collection The Rainbow’s Fart-off,  among others.
