Description 작품 소개

This is a novel by Hwang Sun-Won, published in 1973. Before its publication, it was serialized in Hyundae munhak (Contemporary Literature) from May to October 1968, from May 1970 to June 1971, and from April to October 1972. The author explains the spiritual world of Koreans from a religious perspective through various events experienced by a pastor, a folklorist, and an agricultural engineer. Particularly in this story, the author experiments with narrative forms to examine the possibility of the salvation of the mind through ruptures and continuity of composition.
