No Seung-il (1943-) is a South Korean poet and baduk columnist. Since working as a journalist for the monthly magazine Baduk in 1969, he has published fiction about baduk. In 2000, he published Orin (올인All In), the story about Ch’a Min-su, a real baduk player, and the vicissitudes of his life.
