Joseph Lee, a documentary photographer with color-blind eyes, depicts the scenery of people who live their lives with heaven in their hearts through words, photos, and paintings. His photographs, which radiate warmth, embrace ordinary life.
He donates his talents with several nonprofit organizations, and he is also active as a KOSTA instructor, researcher for the Dreaming Scholarship Foundation and ‘Cherry’ donation platform, and editor-in-chief of the magazine.
He received a PhD in Fine Arts from Baekseok University Graduate School of Christian Studies. Joseph won Gold Award in Korea Sharing Volunteer Awards, the Award for Koreans Who Have Brought Honor to Korea, grand prize in the Korea Christian Publishers Culture Awards, the Civilian Recommendation Award in Prime Minister Awards, Volunteer Award in Asan Awards, and the writer of the Year Award in Literature Ministry Awards.
He also was designated a Cheongwadae Volunteer in Action. He wrote Learning Marriage, Learning Childcare, Walking in God's Time (Togijangi) and many others.
