In 2018 Lee Misang was selected by the Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture (SFAC) for the “Literary Youth Activity Support” program for prospective writers. She also published the short story “Hagin” in the webzine View for which she received the 10th Young Writer Award. With “Adventures of Sand Aunt, Mok-gyeong and Mu-gyeong,” she received the 2022 Moonji Literary Award and the 14th Young Writer Award. She is the author of a collection of short-stories, Among All, the Writer Chorong, and currently she is writing the full-length novel Birth House (working title).
