Cho Namhyon
조남현
Born in Incheon in 1948, he graduated from the Korean Language and Literature Department at Seoul National University and earned his Ph.D. in literature from the same university in 1983. He made his literary debut in 1973 by winning the criticism category in the Dong-A Ilbo New Year Literary Contest.
Pak Cho-Yol
박조열
Pak Cho-Yol (1930~2016) was a South Korean playwright. He started writing plays in 1963 when he entered the Drama Center Theater Academy. When hs play “Ojanggunui baltop” (오장군의 발톱 Soldier`s Mementos) was deemed ‘unfit to be performed’ in 1975 and was banned from being staged for the next fourteen years, Park stopped writing. Yu Beongcheon is a South Korean novelist, who debuted in 2000 with the publication of the autobiographical novel Hwangsaewa baepsae (황새와 뱁새 Stork and Crow-tit). Heo Yeongseon

Heo Yeongseon (1957~) is a South Korean poet. Heo lives in Jeju Island, and has written poetry about the 4.3 Incident, a tragic moment in the history of Jeju, as well as haenyeo (female divers of Jeju). I Eunseong

I Eunseong (1937~1988) was a South Korean novelist. He debuted as a writer in 1967 by winning the Dong-a Ilbo New Writer`s Contest for his short story “Nokseunseon” (녹슨선 Rusty Line). Published posthumously in 1990, his novel Soseol Donguibogam (소설 동의보감) is based on the TV screenplay “Gibnyeom” (집념 Obsession) that he’d written for in 1976. •Novel Soseol Donguibogam (소설 동의보감) (1990)
