Park Jong-sik is a South Korean novelist. His career began when two of his short story collections Nokchakkocheun tteoreojigo (녹차꽃은 떨어지고 With the Green Tea Flower’s Fall) and Buseojin siganeui jogakdeul (부서진 시간의 조각들 Broken Pieces of Time) were published in 2018. Park’s novels try to shed new light on Korean history that younger generations should be aware of, which often include memories of being wounded by wars.
