Author Bio 작가 소개
Go Uyeong (1938~2005) was a South Korean cartoonist. He debuted in 1952 by publishing “Jwidori” (쥐돌이) under the pen name Chu Dong-seong. Serialized in newspapers, his modern interpretations of classical historical works gained great popularity. He received the Korea Culture and Art Award for Popular Arts in 2001, and the Republic of Korea’s Eungwan Order of Cultural Merit in 2005.
