Park Heungyong (1961-) is a South Korean graphic novelist. He made his debut in 1981 with Dolgaebaram (돌개바람 Whirlwind), and won the grand prize in the Manhwagwangjang New Graphic Novel Contest with Baekji (백지 Blank Paper) in 1986. Park received acclaim from critics and readers for his originality and artistry in depicting Korean sentiments, stories, and philosophical messages.
