Kim Seung-Hui (1975-) is a South Korean graphic novel artist. Her works tell stories about people without any power who are marginalized, excluded, and ousted from reality. In 2012, her graphic novel Meonji eomneun bang (먼지 없는 방 A Room Without Dust) received the Bucheon Manhwa Grand Prize in the Educational Graphic Novel category.
