He was a young man who loved his healthy body and life. He also became a full-time employee of a global fashion brand before even graduating from his senior year of college. It felt like everything was going according to plan. Then, on a spring day in May at the age of 28, he was diagnosed with quadriplegia. Just when he became a member of society and tried to build a career while working happily, his life ground to a halt. But he chose a challenging life. He fought fiercely with himself to rehabilitate his ruined body. And now, he is driving freely and actively engaging in activities, despite the doctor's diagnosis that he would not be able to lift a finger. He runs the YouTube channel Weracle with the catchphrase “A Miracle for All of Us” and gives impressive challenges to his subscribers with various contents. As a YouTube creator, he has his own philosophy: “One ‘view’ is not simply a person, but a life.” For him, YouTube has already become his mission. He is also active as a Unicaster, public relations ambassador for UNICEF Korean Committee, Lulu Lemon Ambassador, and a public relations ambassador for the donation platform Cherry, and was selected as one of the ‘Hundred Next Generation Leaders of 2021’ by Sisa Journal. He has recieved the Seoul Welfare Award for the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities and Citation of Merit in Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Awards. He has been featured on television programs such as I Live on SBS Special, Fifteen Minutes to Change the World on CBS, Eye Contact on Channel A, Newsroom on JTBC.
