Kim Jinyoung graduated from the School of Film, TV & Multimedia with a concentration in filmmaking in 2010. Kim directed the short film Heredity of Taste in 2008, and won the Grand Prize in the 2010 Seoul International Women’s Film Festival with her short film Believe in Me, directed in 2009. While making short films and focusing on screenwriting, Kim became interested in novels as the sources of inspirational stories and applied to the story creation program at the Korea Creative Content Agency to write her debut work, Lies Hidden in My Backyard, which received outstanding praises from the judges.

She majored in writing and started working as a professional comic artist. Later, she also published into audio dramas and eventually published a novel titled "The Illusionary Bookstore ," actively engaging as an author.

Lee Sunmi (1971~) is a South Korean novelist. She made her literary debut in 1999 when her work Aranyaui yojeong (아란야의 요정 Aranya’s Fairy) won the Romance Fiction Contest hosted by Shinyoung Media. Set against the backdrop of modern history, Lee’s works have expanded the realm of romance fiction. Park’s work spans various genres including novels, cartoons, and illustrations. Park made her debut as a writer when she won the first Cubic Note Short Story Award. She has authored books such as Samagwiui Nara (The Land of the Mantis), Jisangui Yeojadeul (Women of Earth), Jumadeung Imjong Yeonguso (Light on a Running Horse), Segaeui Bam (Three Nights) among many others and co-authored books such as Cheonnyeonmanyeon Sal Geot Gatji? (You Think You’ll Live Forever?), Urineun I Byeoleul Tteonagiro Haesseo (We Decided to Leave This Planet), and Dangsin Gyeotui Papiyong (Papillon by Your Side). She received the Grand Prize in the 2nd Korea SF Award in the novella and short story category for Samaguiui Nara (The Land of the Mantis) and Excellence in the novel category in the 6th Korea SF Award for Jisangui Yeojadeul (Women of Earth). She is a member of “sf x f,” a project group that studies science fiction and feminism.

Majoring in Business Administration in university, the writer won an award in the STORYUM X NOVEL competition with their first novel, "Could It Be True?"
