Born in Incheon, he majored in Korean Literature at Dankook University. While still in school, he won the National University Literary Award in the fiction category. In 1997, he began his writing career by winning the Writer's World Newcomer Award with the work "The Crescent Moon Bear Doesn't Exist."

Kwon Ji-ye

Kwon Ji-ye (Hangul 권지예; born 1960) is a South Korean writer. She made her literary debut in 1997 when the journal La Plume published her short story “Kkumkkuneun marionetteu” (꿈꾸는 마리오네뜨 The Dreaming Marionette) and novella Sangja sogeui pureun kal (상자 속의 푸른 칼 Blue Knife in the Box). She won the 26th Yi Sang Literary Award in 2002 for her short story “Baemjangeo styu” (뱀장어 스튜 Eel Stew) and the 6th Dongin Literary Award in 2005 for Kkotgemudeom (꽃게무덤 Crab Grave).
Kim Moonsoo
김문수
Kim Moonsoo (1939-2012) was a Korean novelist. In his early works, he delves into an ordinary life of an individual being destroyed by the tragedy of the Korean War and the introduction of industrialism. In his later works, he deals with the conflicts between materialism and traditional ethics during the expansion of industrialization.

Yun Gi-jeong (1903-) is a South Korean novelist. Participating in the debate on anarchism in the Korean Artists Proletarian Federation (KAPF), he led the proletarian literature movement through literary criticism rather than his work in fiction.

Park Miyeon finds joy in envisioning moments beyond time and spaces outside the here and now. She endeavors to capture the essence of “present” within stories that transcend the constraints of time and space. Among her recent works are the young adult novel DMZ Cheonsaui Byeol (DMZ the Star of Angel) [2 volumes] and SF novels Sigan Goyangi: Dongmuli Sarajin Segye (Cat of Time: A World Where Animals Are Disappeared) and Sigan Goyangi 2: Sarinnabiui Seupgyeok (Cat of Time 2: Attack of the Murder Butterfly). She has contributed a short story about metaverse titled Logout to a science magazine OYLA and another short story Lucky Boy featured in Pyeonghwaga Onda (Peace Will Come) a novel commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Korean War. She is currently planning and writing fairy tales and young adult fiction at JY Storytelling Academy.
