Set during the resolution of the Sabuk Coal Mine Labor Struggle and the Sabuk Incident in April 1980, it portrays coal mine workers, whose voices were being underrepresented at the time, in a vivid expose of the struggle for power between the Coal Corporation and the union leaders in the mining industry.
