Description 작품 소개
Crossing a line in your life opens up new words, new imagination, and a new world
Kim Min-cheol joined TBWA as the youngest copywriter and stayed with the advertising agency for 20 years until he became a creative director. He grew up in the world of advertising with his colleagues, seniors, and “himself” to become a writer who has written several books, including How to Cross Over to My Work, Travels of All Days of the Week, and Records of All Days of the Week. The work he did to keep himself from falling apart in front of his work, to keep himself in a routine that safeguards his daily life, was brilliant. However, no matter how far he looked away, he found himself inside the office again – until it became too increasingly difficult to keep his mind sharp in the face of the work that suffocated him like unpaid debt. He wanted to regain his senses that had been dulled by speed and efficiency, and most of all, wanted to know if “a shapeless form of time” could exist for himself.
He needed a different form of life. He needed love to mend his shattered heart. He wanted to jump on a plane to a place he had loved since he was 20 years old – a place of long-held dreams that some people call “Paris.” That's how this journey begins.
