In order to promote Korean literature translated into Portuguese in Brazil, the Korean Cultural Center announces the opening of registration for the September meeting of its book club. The meetings are held monthly at the institution with the mediation of Luara França. Participants will have the opportunity to share their impressions of the books and gain new perspectives on them.
CCCB BOOK CLUB – September Meeting
○ Date and time:
- Group A: 04/09 (Wed), from 19:30 pm to 21:00 pm
- Group B: 07/09 (Sat), from 15:00 to 16:30
○ Location: Korean Cultural Center in Brazil
○ Address: Avenida Paulista, 460. Ground floor. Bela Vista, São Paulo – SP.
○ Registration period: August 19 to August 21
○ Registration method: Google Forms
○ Vacancies: 15 people per group (in order of registration on the form)
○ Requirements: Above 15 years old
○ Admission: Free (upon registration through the Google form)
○ Description: at the September meeting, the participants will work on the work "Welcome to the Hyunam-dong bookstore", by South Korean author Hwang Bo-reum, with the mediation of Luara França. It is recommended to read the entire book before the meeting to take advantage of the discussions to be held in the group.

Korean Literature Festival

In the festival, which will be held for the first time this year, friends of Korean literature will read and share books from Korean literature together while having a holiday in Patara, a historical and touristic holiday resort.
It is planned to provide a festival atmosphere enriched with cultural elements such as Korean music, cinema, food, etc. for three days.
